Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return request.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at support@angeladeals.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@angeladeals.shop.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Customized or special-order products
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us for further instructions.
